We would like to inform you of the refund policy for paid orders.

1. Cancellation request before purchasing the product.
  If you request a refund before purchasing the product, a full refund is possible without a fee.

2. Cancellation request after purchasing a product. (Before international shipping departure)
  가. If the product has not yet been delivered to the BUYDOK, a full refund is possible without a fee.
  나. If the product has already been shipped to the BUYDOK or has already arrived at the BUYDOK, a return fee will be charged.
      Return fees depend on the seller's regulations and are usually around 5,000 to 6,000 won. (KRW)
      The return request period is usually 7 days. (7 days from the date of arrival at the BUYDOK)
      The remaining amount can be refunded after excluding the return fee.

3. Cancellation request after international shipment departure
  After international delivery, the return request period usually expires. Please understand that cancellation is difficult unless there are reasons such as defective product or incorrect delivery.
